We take the protection of your personal data seriously and process it confidentially in accordance with the GDPR and this policy.

1. Controller

2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. On access, technically necessary server log files (e.g. IP address, time, user agent) are processed (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, secure operation).

3. Partner / contact form

When you send the partner form, we process the restaurant name, location, contact person, contact details and optional message to handle your enquiry and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data is erased once the enquiry has been fully handled unless statutory retention duties apply. The specific technical recipient of the form webhook must be added here before production launch.

4. Local storage & consent

We save your consent selection in your browser's Local Storage so it can be respected on later page views. Optional services load only after your consent; you can change your selection at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.

5. Vercel Speed Insights

With your consent, we use Vercel Speed Insights (Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA) to measure real loading and interaction performance (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). According to Vercel, anonymous data points such as route/URL, network speed, browser, device/OS, country, Web Vital value, element attribution, SDK version and server receipt time are processed; they are not associated with an individual visitor or IP address and cannot reconstruct a session across pages. 6. External menu link

Menu buttons link to Plattr. You are transferred to plattr.menu only after clicking; the provider's privacy terms apply there.
